Bug in Editor: Technology from Goths to create Huscarls in Barracks doesn't work

I’m not really good at English I hope I can explain it well enough.

I wanted to develop the technology “Anarchy” with switches. And if I be another Civilisation, for Example “Teutons”, then the technology doesn’t work, or more explained, the huscarls are no option in the Barracks and also no hidden, just NULL. As Goths the technology works. At first I found out I must activate it first, but that doesn’t work also.

For Example the technology from the huns, “marauders” to create Tarkans in the horse stable, works. Only “Anarchy” doesn’t work from the spezifies technologys from the Civilisations.

Please fix this somehow, this is the only Technology I want to use but the only Technolgy that doesn’t work (by other Civilsations).

I just went to Editor to do the same and right - Anarchy do nothing. Hope devs will notice it and fix this bug.

But if you still want to do this now, you can trigger Anarchy to enable Huskarls:
Trigger 0:
[ Effect ] Enable/Disable technology: Anarchy enabled.

Trigger 1:
[ Condition ] Research technology: Anarchy.
[ Effect ] Enable/Disable object: Huskarl enabled.
[ Effect ] Change train location:

Also, you reported it in “AoE 1 report a bug” section.
