Hi it is bug or or game settings? Anyway select Mule cart it will be appear together villager, hard for control very much. And should let mule cart is building select better. If it is not bug need vote for let mule cart will have choice like building. Aaaaaaaaa
It’s intentional, so you can move villagers and Mule Carts together to the same location.
