Mangonels do additional damage to TCs. Other building get about 78 damage which i think is standard but Town centers get close to 300 damage from one mangonel shot.
Also additionally, Stop hotkey does not work for grouped military units. Units walk through Gold, Wood, All sorts of buildings while they are building.
This patch is possibly the worst tested I believe. Please fix ASAP!
