Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. pick yucatan map, SEND CARD AND BUILD TRAVOIS, see lacking of techs.

this tech doesnt appear on yucatan map but appears on alaska map

but still are lacking 3 techs that the card says:
partida de rastreo tlaxcalteca, partida de guerra tlaxcalteca, partida de asalto tlaxcalteca
or i dont know where they are.
But recetas de chocolate tlaxcalteca appears on alaska but not on yucatan

mmm, updating this i found them:

but “recetas de chocolates tlaxcaltecas” doesnt appear on yucatan for some reason

I can confirm this. I played a game on Colarado earlier and the tech was missing.
