When observing a game, if the person you’re observing is not the Malian, clicking on a Malian Barracks after Freedom Warrior has been unlocked by the player doesn’t show the unit as being trainable.
Switching to the Malian player’s perspective makes the Freedom Warrior show up inside the Barracks while you’re watching from his perspective.
