when Eng with abby of king, the units got healed with abby of kings at base and even if the units is no longer near abby of kings and go to ally mongo Kurultai, kurutltai will not near eng units (again, its not near abby of king anymore)
basically, it seems any units once got healed by AoK before, the kuriltai ally healing effect will not happen
