Issue: In fully remappable hotkeys under worker elephant, forestry and survival techniques are listed but changing the hotkey does not change it in the game. I think it uses whatever the hotkeys are set at the lumber camp and mill for those technologies instead.

Trigger Event: Use fully remappable hotkeys, change worker elephant hotkeys for researching survival techniques and forestry. Then play the game using Tughlaq Dynasty. The hotkeys don’t change.
