Issue:
When hosting a Custom Scenario in multiplayer, players may still receive a “transfer” download bar, despite already being subscribed to the mod and having the scenario file locally in their mod files.
Reproduction Steps:
Here’s how to reproduce the problem:
- Subscribe to a scenario mod.
- Host a lobby with that scenario.
- Have another player subscribe to the same mod.
- Have that player join a lobby.
- Have everyone click Ready.
- Notice the file transfers.
