[BUG] Siege Tower unboard cursor icon

Issue:

The cursor icon for unboarding a siege tower shows a bridge instead of a ladder.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. board some units into a siege tower
  2. click the unboard icon

boarding shows correct cursor:

unboarding shows wrong cursor:
unboard

This bug is still present in the latest build. Please fix.
