Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Choise Malta

  2. Send steel bolts before revolt

  3. Revolt in age 3, you will find you can not send steel bolts again, but your order crossbowman only have 16 range and 1.5*heavy infantary.

:backhand_index_pointing_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

if I have sent steel bolts before revolt, my order crossbowman have the buff of steel bolts autoly after revolution.
