Issue: you cannot build walls over/through aquaducts without leaving a gap
For Byzantines, if you have an aquaduct, and then want to build a wall that would overlap the aquaduct, it always leaves a gap and enemy units can pass through.

POTENTIAL SOLUTION
Make it possible to build walls that overlap with aquaducts, and in the UI the aquaducts would go through the wall.
