Jadwiga Campaign: mission 2:

Lithuanian conversion objective never emerges, therefore ability to subjugate the Lithuanians never comes into being

Lviv’s castle building never comes up as an objective and therefore we never get trebuchets

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Then you would be able to convert 30 Lithuanian villagers and have it be an enemy, and build a castle in Lviv and get a relic and trebuchet as a reward.
