Building Rotation Reset

Issue:

When going to place a building, the custom rotation is reset whenever the cursor touches a UI element.

Repro Steps:

  1. Go to place any budling
  2. Rotate the building away from its original rotation
  3. Move the cursor over any UI element
  4. Observe the results
