Building Siege Weapons in Breach the Great Wall

I am stuck! I cannot build siege weapons in order to Breach the great wall! Town Center cannot move forward to the right age in order to build the siege workshop. Any ideas?

You can build rams using your infantry. Both Spearmen and archers can build rams after you research Siege engineering from the Blacksmith.

However, in this mission, archers used to be bugged, so sometimes they’ll lay the foundation for the ram but not really build it.

But Spearmen will do the job just fine.
