Building with relic stashed cannot be destroyed

Issue:

While playing FFA, i’ve noticed several times that a building with a relic in it, owned by a player that has left, cannot be destroyed. It can be attacked but takes no damage. It might be a monastary, or a tower/castle of a OOTD/HRE

Repro Steps:

  1. Happens sporadically, i could kill one player and loot his relics, but not another player for some reason in the same game
  2. Not sure if you can view the game data from this game for example; Wreck's Game – AoE4 World
    There is a monastary towards the end in the bottom left of a player with 2 relics that cannot be destroyed
