Issue:
I just played Bukhara on hard (latest patch). After a few minutes, the Hun Raiders (Cyan) suddenly resigned. I had attacked their encampment in the beginning, during which I destroyed their watch tower and killed a few soldiers, then they killed all my knights. A few minutes later, they suddenly resigned. I found all their buildings intact during the rest of the game.
Obviously, this made the scenario a lot easier.
I don’t know whether this was just a one-time bug or if this is an issue for other people as well.
