The whole Roman Empire landmark system seems off some are really overpowered and others are underpowered. some of them break immersion.
I will start with the feudal age landmarks
The Grand Winery needs a buff. I think making a hero priest unit available to train would make it more interesting and useful.
Grand Winery Changes
- Trains Patriarch 300g
- Priest that can convert enemy units
- Acquisition 300g 120 seconds, Age II
- Patriarch can pick up relics
Cistern of the First Hill moved to Feudal age Added effect makes cisterns cost -25% stone
It does not make sense for the Imperial Hippodrome to be a stable since its an entertainment building. Moved to Castle Age
Imperial Hippodrome changes
-trains Villagers in batches of 5 for 250 olive oil
-Bread and Circuses 400f 400g age IV
-Villagers take up -25% less population
- No longer acts like a stable
- Triumph Moved
Palatine School moved to age III
Triumph moved to Palatine School
Golden Horn Tower moved to age IV

Mercenaries Receive Various Unique Technologies
Theodosian Gatehouse Age IV
- Acts like a keep
- has a flamethrower/greek-fire attack
- Walls are built 200% faster
- Earthquake Resistance
- Active ability that makes nearby buildings resistant to siege weapons for a short period of time
The Foreign Engineering Company breaks immersion for me and it makes siege weapons like nest of bees available to even more civs. Also siege that only cost an easy to get throwaway resource is very op.
