Any byzantine villagers holding olive oil loses it when garrisoned into the TC.
Food dropoff is performed as normal.
Garrisoning into outposts are not affected.
I’m actually surprised that I might be the first one reporting this, and its present on both olive groves and berries so I would assume fish as well.
