Byzantines masteries not unlocked after defeated the very hard AI

As you can see, the monument and prize for the mastery is not unlocked, even though it says that I have completed the byzantine mastery

and there it is, it doesn’t allow me to set the monument

I have a similar issue.

Some of the rewards for completing the masteries for Japanese and Byzantines haven’t unlocked even though I’ve completed all of them. The full list of missing rewards come from:
Japanese:

1. Not so fast
2. Iron rations
3. Test of strength IV

Byzantines:

1. All rewards from Pointy End to Test of strength IV

More than a year now, countless patches and a dlc and this issue is still not solved, any dev or anyone that can tell something about this?
