Byzantines - Mercenary Camel Rider + Camel Speed (with Landmark) - Mercenary Camel Rider does not benefit from Camel Handling Unique Technology (+15% move speed)

For Byzantines, the “Foreign Engineering Company” Landmark provides unique technology to the Mercenaries you make. For the Mercenary Camel Rider, it should receive Camel Barding (+2/+2 armor), Camel Handling (+15% move speed), and Camel Support (+2/+2 armor buff to nearby infantry).

However, it only receives 2 of the 3 upgrades. It does not receive the “Camel Handling” unique upgrade which gives +15% move speed to the Abbasid Camels (Camel Archer and Camel Rider).

The 1.62 move speed is the base. It should go up to 1.87 with the upgrade.

The Mercenary Camel Archer does receive the +15% move speed correctly. Just not the Mercenary Camel Rider.
