Campaign experience gain on hero does not work

Jadwiga campaign Mission 2 & 3 youre able to gain experience by using Jogaila in combat. He gains experience but his attack stat instantly goes 13-10 instead of +3 each tick.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Start the Polish mission 3 “The Duel of the Dukes”.
2. Have your leaders earn experience (Jadwiga converting/healing is probably easiest).
3. Once you get enough to trigger the notification that one of the leaders has improved.
4. Notice that the leader in question hasn’t gotten the HP and/or attack bonus that was announced.

EXPECTED RESULT

Jogaila should gain HP & Attack - he does gain HP but Attack will stay at 13-10

This is tied to the Modify Attribute effect bug and will be fixed in the next update. They just had to roll back to the bugged version because of performance issues.
