Campaign progress not well registred when you quit the game

Issue: When I finish a map in the Campaign I can watch the video read the page from history and all but when I close the game and reopen it the game only register the last Autosave. It did it with all of the norma campaign and now I’m doing the hundred years war and it doing the same thing. Right now I’m at pontvallain but it say I didn’t complet the one before.

Trigger Event: When I finish a map i watch everything, read everything. For the Normans i press the continue button and for the hundred years I quit the campaign then come back.

Repro Steps:

1 - Finish a map.
2 - Either press continue or quit.
3 - Quit the game to go touch some grass.
4 - When I open the game back, all the map I finish the previous game session are save at the last checkpoint and I need to redo them.
5 - Rince and repeat because it happen on all single map.

“Fun fact” In the Normans map I still could acces the video and everything but not in the hundred years war.

So yesterday i redo the first for, finish the last four, receive 3 achievement for finish the hundred years war campaign and this morning I need to do it again

I’ve had to redo Normans campaign missions multiple times as well. The one time I still had my unlocked videos but the checkmarks disappeared. The other time I lost both unlocks and checkmarks. It’s really frustrating and demotivating, because I don’t want to keep playing the campaign if I’m going to keep losing my progress :frowning:

PS. I don’t think it’s Steam cloud related, but I’m not sure. I definitely give the Steam cloud time to sync when quitting the game, before opening anything else. I’ve also never had issues like this with any other Steam cloud games.

I see on a lot of other places they say to disable steam cloud… Im going to try that..

I don’t see anything in the lastest patch notes about any fixes for campaign progress resetting? :sob:

Look at the Steam discussion patch notes post too; There’s a bunch of people talking about how they’ve lost campaign progress as well :cry:
