Can AOE3 DE dlcs be shared on steam and microsoft?

Hi everyone. So i was thinking of buying the game on steam as it is cheaper there, but i have the US civ on Microsoft, Is there a way to link Microsoft and steam and access all the dlcs from a single platform. Steam being in my case. Any help would be appreciated. Tired of buying gamepass and starting fresh every single time.

Hi, no this is not possible, but I would still recommend getting the game on Steam, simply because it works much better as a platform.
