Can I select all TC at and produce villagers once?

Like what I do in AoE2.
Or I can only press H and Q to produce 1 villager and then press H again to select another villager?

There are hotkeys to select all kinds of buildings (by default on F1, F2, … keys) or you can add all TCs to control group.

You can group your TCs/buildings in a control group, than it will work just like in AOE2 meaning units will be distributed accordingly.
