Also important to note, this was not an issue until I downloaded the latest update for the game. Before October 22 I had no issues with the mod browser in the Microsoft Store version.
UPDATE:
Okay, I know why this issue is happening, even if I don’t know how to fix it. Compare the image below of the Steam version to the image above of the Microsoft store version.
Notice that here is NO XBOX SIGN IN BUTTON in the upper right corner the Microsoft Store version like there is here in the Steam version. I am not sure if this intentional, but it may have something to do with the lack of visible mods on Microsoft Store Version.

And if I try to update ones installed previously to 3552 then it says I’m not Subscribed to it, and I Unsubscribe to try and Re-Subscribe it removes the mod all together. I can’t install any mods from the website either.
