Can the AI play Chinese and Japanese pantheons in custom/skirmish games?

Hi, I have a very simple question.

Since I don’t own the game but I’m planning to purchase the premium edition and I like playing against AI, I was wondering, can AI play as Chinese or Japanse pantheons? I couldn’t seem to find any claim that supports or refute this question.

Nevermind, I purchased the game, and yes they AI can play as Chinese or Japanese pantheons, i.e. pantheons introduced to DLCs.
