Why is it a Mangudai? It’s the Tatar campaign, so why it is the Mongol unique unit as the icon?

Because Tamerlane is represented by a mangudai in-game. Which is because he was actually in the game ever since the Age of Kings as a scenario editor hero.

He has a unique icon for all his dialogue lines though. Not sure why they didn’t use that. I’m pretty sure Keshik is already taken as an icon, so I can see why they didn’t use that.

Yeah Tamerlane has his own icon. I’m not sure why dev doesn’t replace the achv picture with it. Beside that, El Cid and Wallace also had their icons changed. We can talk about this for fun, but they won’t bother anyway.

Considering how important Tamerlane and Genghis Khan are and are heroes of campaigns, its about time they get their own unit sprites with unique skins… Bizarre how this has yet to be done.
