Maltese is still using the same Church design as the Spanish when it shouldn’t be. It needs to be changed. Every time I see it, I just end up wanting to immediately destroy it with my units as seen in this following pic:
Also, here’s some ideas (using images) of which churches in Malta can be the design of the Maltese Church:

It was a bit lazy for the developers to just use the Spanish churches. The church examples you gave are all good.

I completely agree with what’s been said. Those are great examples and it’s odd that it doesn’t get its own model.
Incidentally, the Commandery and Depots should totally be using that kind of brickwork in textures. A change in textures for those two would instantly make the buildings fit in with the Maltese/Med theme instead of always reminding everyone that they are reused Campaign buildings from North America.

It´s annoying. In my oponion the new european expansión is an opportunity to solve it.

Absolutely.
I certainly hope the Devs can look at this, as in the grander scheme of things, it’s fairly small - however it all helps with immersiveness.

I love the classic columns on the third example you posted! It’s even neoclassical so it makes sense timeline wise to be built in game
The neoclassical look would set apart the Maltese church from the Spanish and Portuguese one the best and brings to mind the ossuary from the campaign too, a sort of visual reference which suits the campaign-recycled Malta civ.
