Cannot gather from herdables that have moved directly onto a Lure

Issue:

As Poseidon I placed my Lure and moved my cows to the lure manually
Then once I had finished taking my hunt I tried to take my cows.
However they had a no food icon over them meaning I could not gather from them.
I had to move them away from the lure, and then I could gather them.

Repro Steps:

Select Herdables
Right click Lure
Attempt to gather from herdable animal
