Hi all. Had to rebuild PC after disk crash. After rebuild tried to reinstall AoE but in Xbox app on PC it shows grey. Using Windows store app on PC it is forcing me to purchase the game again. Am I doing something wrong?
Hi @CallOfDutyKy, Check to make sure you are signed into the Microsoft Store app using the same Microsoft Account used to purchase the game.

Yes, the correct account is being used in both the MS store and the xbox app
Make sure your windows 10 is upgraded to the lastest version. Check windows update.
