Cannot join game despite same Build Date’s (6.0.878.0)
Error Code: aoe error code c04t00r13x-01 4d504d61035a
“An update is required” but none of us can make any more updates.
Windows restarted and all updates are performed.

Any advises on how to proceed?

Build: 6.0.878.0

Just a quick guess, but can you check if your windows time is Syncronized ?

Thanks for your support! I checked the computers, both operating the same windows 10 Pro and the time zones was synched,

Other ideas?

Are there any windows updates ?

We both re-installed AoE and it worked, so ticket can be closed!
