Cannot play Arena mode

Somehow I cannot play Arena mode after installing recent patch.
Already restarted with disabled mods, but still the same.

There is code error showing for this:

Added update:
The problem still exist, even after I verified file integrity on Steam..
Arena mode still cannot be accessed.

This bug need to be patched
