Can't build Spritway when Greatwall Gatehouse is destroyed

Issue:Can’t build Spritway to enter Ming dynasty as China

The enemy destroyed my Greatwall Gatehouse, which can’t be rebuilt because the foundation disappeared, this was already reported in another ticket.

But I can’t build Spritway to get Ming dynasty for some reason, the villages build menu simpy doesn’t list it. Probably because the Gatehouse is gone, and the build requirement for Spiritway is tied to the Gatehouse’s existence.
