Can't create Custom Scenario for Battle Royale Mode

  1. open Editor
  2. click on Create Scenario
  3. go to Global Victory tab
  4. select Secondary Game Mode

You can only choose Empire Wars, Sudden Death, Regicide or King of the HIll but not Battle Royale.
