Can't find the AOE4 Content Editor/Map Editor! (during the 25 anniversary free period)

Hi guys,
Where is the AOE4 Content Editor? I am looking at my Steam (I am using AOE4 free now with the special deal for the anniversary event) and I don’t see anything? I have restarted Steam as well.
Followed the instructions here too.

What’s going on?

You can launch it from the game folder. Its called Essence Editor.

Think in steam you have to open the option for modding tools as well if you want it to show up in your library
