Cant invite player to a restoral even when game isn't full

when trying to invite player to a restored game, it says full and cannot invite, video attached below.

unsure if this is due to player downloading the savegame file hence can’t invite, or if its because it has to be host sending out the invite.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. play game
  2. quit, restore
  3. have any player try to invite the missing players

This bug is maybe caused by the same issue, were a player can’t join a lobby with free slots.
The host has to close and reopen the predented to be already open slots, to make it accessible again.

I don’t even know if what i am describing here is reported already.
