Sometimes when I start my game the gamewindow is slightly larger than my screen, making me unable to pan the camera down and to the right. It really sucks as you can’t change any display settings while in-game, not even Alt-Enter windows shortcut works. The only solution I’ve found is to surrender and restart the game.
I use “Exclusive desktop” in the game settings, Full resolution and lowest graphics, Windows 11, Single monitor.
