Can you please help me?

Thank you!

Make sure that the game is using your dedicated GPU. Check these settings.

I already made this:

But nothing changes? Do you have any other things to check?

hmm, then I honestly don’t know. In the high performance, HD 6950 is shown right? And are you using the UHD graphics pack by any chance? If so, then disable it.

Hello, yes there is HD 6900 shown - No the UHD pack is not installed

GPU Clock: 250 mhz
is this normal?

Those speeds are normal, is in idle… You checked the graphics card settings?

I tried to make a benchmark test without the GPU and i reached 760 points, although I reached 348,4 points with my GPU.
So, I guess my GPU is damaged. Is there anything I can check at my GPU before getting a new one?

My dad had his i7 3770 with an HD 6950 (2gb GDDR5), the game was very slow, and we knew that the graphics card causes bottlenecks, he changed it for an RX 470 according to the system configuration and the AoE2DE runs like silk. I think the problem is your graphics card, not that this damaged, It is very slow for your processor. Your processor would be consistent with a GTX 1050 Ti.

Here, i did exacty the opposite to make the game work.
I have a laptop i5 3rd gen + HD7650m + 8GB RAM.

Couldn’t go over 650 points on the benchmark (even with lower than 1080p). Even the menu was reeeally slow.
When I decided to give the onboard video a try (intel HD4000), it ran waaaaay smoother.
For some reason, the benchmark won’t show me the result, but It’s enough for allowing me to play online

OK, I know it’s a very late answer, but if someone have the same problem I’d suggest people to try the “weaker” onboard VGA, even thoungh it seems really counterintuitive.
