Can't play KT or HOL even though I own DLC

Issue:

As of last night I can’t play any of the content civs or historical battles from The Knights of Cross and Roses dlc. Event though I own the dlc and have since its launch. I’ve verified my files and even reinstalled the game and still no luck.

Trigger Event:

I wanted to play a ranked game, and couldn’t select Knights Templar my usual civ.

Repro Steps:

  1. Try to play any of The Knights of Cross and Roses dlc.
  2. ^
  3. I’ve tried the obvious fixes not like reinstalling the game, verifying the integrity of the game files, and have had no success.

Same issue here.
I’ve contacted support yet so far i am met with automated replies urging me to do the equivalent of close the game and reopen it :stuck_out_tongue: .

What I’ve tried so far: Verify, Install, Verify again, Sign out of Steam and ofc restarting pc.
