Can't play multiplayer

Recently got back into playing and everything is updated, but I can’t seem to play multiplayer. I keep getting an error code C04T00R13X-01 506172740648
I have allowed the app through the firewall, verified files and reinstalled. When I’m on multiplayer, I can’t see any lobbies to join or observe, and I can’t seem to find where to enable crossplay to see if this is the issue.

Has anyone else had this? Any help is massively appreciated.

Heya, I did read that but I have no idea how to do that or check cross play :confused: do you know where I can find those settings in AoE?

I’m an idiot I thought it meant in game time lol my windows time is syncing ok and is set to update automatically
