multiplayer button is greyed out idk why started today apparently
Upper right of home screen may have a button saying “restore multiplayer services” or the like; press that. Might also be problem with internet. The other issue or so I’ve heard, can stem from modding your game wrong with the genie editor. Also and less likely, you may have been banned from multiplayer by the game for whatever reason.
If none of this works, uninstall and reinstall.

You might also have to run the Multiplayer Benchmark in the options menu.
It is required to be run and have a certain score before you are allowed to play multiplayer etc.
