Can't run "Tribute" and the game crush

I play AOE IV since november without any problem. But i can’t run the campain “tribute” (the rise of moscow). Every time i try to lunch it, the buffer stop at the same time and the game crush. I tried to reinstall it, to upgrade my RAM (now i have 16 gb), to lunch the game without any other program running, i downloaded the lastest driver of my graphic card.
Please help me. I would like to finish the game. Thanks
