Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

hey Chris,
I just have the same issue on sunjata 2, I continued playing the rest of the campaign with no problem and getting the respective medals, but no medal on the second one. I had the overall medal of the campaign but no achievement unlocked for completing the campaign. Doesnt matter the difficulty I play, no medal on the second one in any way.

turns out to me it happens in every single campaing, not just zizka, i have completed jadwiga, couldn’t do it on algirdas and kestutis for the crash and moctezuma and still have no medal, this only happened when i bought dawn of the dukes since all 3 of thos i completed after it was relased

Update, it happens when you used a cheat code in one scenario and for some reason the game recognizes it as already completed and you cant get gold medal twice
