I have the same problem, the counter increases by 1 after each game.

I figured it out.
You need to use your Scout to bring the Sheep back and deliver them to your Town Center. The number of Sheep doesn’t matter (whether it’s one or four, it still counts as one delivery, as long as the Sheep stop following your Scout). Each delivery counts once. It’s best to end the match by resigning so that the progress is recorded.

How do i achieve this? i have played many skirmishes and captured many sheep, but my counter is still 0/50 after probably 20 different games.
