I didn’t understand what exactly I have to do for this challenge:
Defeat 50 Units with Scorpions, Ballista Elephant, Caravels, Thirisadai, War Galleys, or Galleons.
Can you tell me what I have to do and maybe the best way to do it quickly?

start a game in post-Imperial age with infinite resources, pick Khmer and build 2-3 Castles, make 15 Ballista Elephants and run at the enemy. As soon as you kill ~50 enemy units, you can leave the game, victory is not required.
Weird, that’s what I had already done but it didn’t count my kills.

Make sure you don’t use cheats, other wise it won’t work.
