I recently bought AOE Definitive Edition. I have a problem with the Editor mode. I can not change the civilization of the players when I edit a party. If I go to the player tab and change, it does not matter. I am still Egyptian and my ennemy, Greek . Can you help me ?
As far as I remember, there is an option, checkbox or something to lock the civs, is it a different behavior from Age1 1997 ?
Changing players civilization won’t show the change in editor, but if you test the map then the players should be the civilizations you chose them to be.
It is exactly as @pate623 said. Ignore the fact that the Unit Placing shows Egypt for Player 1, Greek for Player 2 etc.
