Change CONFLUENCE so sacred sites are not on the starting "island"

probably one of the dumbest 1v1 map designs so far was to allow sacred sites to spawn on the area of land that a player can so easily wall off.

100% negates the purpose of sacred sites when a turtle can simply slap down a couple stone walls and their entire base along with a sacred site are completely blocked off.

change the sites from 4 to 2, and they only spawn on the other 2 land masses
