Changing camera hotkey options for zoom in/out and rotation doesn’t work

Trigger Event:

Repro Steps:

  1. Change Camera Zoom In to numpadplus
  2. Change Camera Zoom Out to numpadminus
  3. Change Camera Rotate Left to mousewheelup
  4. Change Camera Rotate Left to mousewheeldown
  5. Use mouse wheel in game, and the camera still zoom in/out instead of rotate left/right
