Chat and social network in game

Hi people!

What I mean is: The in-game chat doesn’t seem to encourage you to converse during or after the match. Usually, when the game ends, everyone just leaves the room, and you don’t even get a notification like, ‘Blue player has left the room.’ So, you’re left there not knowing if the player who sent you a message is still around to see your reply.

I wish the developers would give more attention to this point, as good friendships and gaming partnerships can be formed during matches.

Any ideas for chat improvements? Easier ways to add friends, send direct messages, form teams, or create contact groups?

This is something that really needs a fix. Hell, even IaMagic ( a pro player) talked about this…

Devs need that big patch for end of the year and the one with the expansion to make the game almost new with fixes and features !

Im sure devs will do a good job. They have done so all this time for the most part

Bringing this up again after several months, since the discussion received a lot of likes and support. The in-game chat and social features are still very limited, and it’s still difficult to keep in touch with players after a match ends. Small improvements like post-game chat persistence, clearer notifications when players leave, or easier ways to add friends and send messages would greatly help build a stronger community. This feels like an important quality-of-life area that’s been overlooked for too long.

Yea the in game UI could should have a touch up on many QoL things that would help people socializar in game.

Currently you have to go to other apps to do so.

Its weird you can make clans and all the interaction you can have is a tiny chat window in game. No reply function either.

In the post game theres now way to tell if a player left so you kinda have to assuke they did.

On lobbies theres no function to reopen the same lobby and invite the same players.

CO OP modes you have to te invite people every single level.

i share this experience and feeling and even i am not a huge fan of communication in games i think some base stuff like “hi” “good luck” and “gg” or “ggwp” or “bye have a good day” should be the baseline of communication and respect to each other. you should at least now when the other guy left.
