Current Chat and dipolmacy box disturb game play
first of all, chat box should be on the game play display as usual RTS, MMORPG
Second, Diplomacy and Tribute are added to UI between Production and Minimap UI(but not in 1vs1, only TG)
(And all UI Should be moved easily in setting menu/control panel )
Same as other boxes including Taunt should be considered
